Reserve Ammiq Cuvée has the main characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon, rich in tannins with dark fruit aroma and black pepper flavour. With the Cinsault and Carignan we add colour, acidity, to have a greater sugar/acidity balance. The Reserve Ammiq Cuvée is aged in bottle for one year.
