Reserve Ammiq began as a passion project for Naji Skaff, a grape grower whose love for the vineyard inspired him to craft his own wine. What started as a small hobby soon became something greater — his family and friends were so delighted by his wines that they encouraged him to turn his passion into a business.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Peter Skaff pursued formal studies in winemaking in France, traveling the world to gain hands-on experience in renowned wine regions. With this global perspective and deep respect for his Lebanese roots, Peter returned home to lead Reserve Ammiq, creating wines that express his unique style while honoring the authenticity of the Ammiq terroir.

Later, his sister Aida Skaff joined him after returning from abroad, bringing her own energy and dedication to the family venture. Together, they have continued to grow Reserve Ammiq into a true family winery — one defined by attention to detail, a deep respect for nature, and a shared passion for crafting wines that reflect both place and people.
